Media Release Policy
Draft last updated: August 30, 2026
1. Photos & video are opt-in
Kuziie sometimes takes photos or video during programs and events for use on our website, in marketing materials, and on social media. Participating in a Kuziie program does not, by itself, grant permission to use your or your child's image. We ask for that permission separately, and you're free to decline without affecting your child's participation in any program.
2. What granting permission means
If you consent to a media release for your child, you're giving Kuziie permission to photograph or record your child during the program, and to use, reproduce, and publish that photo or video — including your child's name, if it appears alongside the image — in Kuziie's own marketing materials, website, and social media. Kuziie does not sell photos or video of participants to third parties.
3. Declining or withdrawing permission
You can decline a media release at any time, or withdraw a permission you previously gave, by contacting us. If you withdraw permission, we will stop using new photos or video of your child going forward; material already published (for example, in a printed brochure) may not be able to be recalled, but we will remove it from our own website and active social media accounts on request.
4. No compensation
Granting a media release does not entitle you or your child to any payment or other compensation from Kuziie.
5. Contact us
To grant, decline, or withdraw a media release, or with questions about this policy, contact us at contact@kuziie.com.
