Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of kuziie.com and the Kuziie parent, tutor, and admin portals (together, the "Service"), operated by Kuziie LLC ("Kuziie," "we," "us"). By creating an account or registering a student for a program, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your child.

2. Our services

Kuziie LLC provides educational consulting, enrichment, and family guidance services. Kuziie does not guarantee admission, grades, placement, scholarships, or specific educational outcomes. Program details (dates, format, age range, price) are shown at the time of registration and may change; we'll notify you of material changes to a program you've registered for.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. A parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account for any student under 18 — students do not register themselves. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

4. Payments

Program fees are due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; Kuziie never collects or stores your card details. If you pay by an off-platform method (Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, or check), your payment is recorded once an admin verifies it against the proof you provide. 5. Tutors

Tutors who apply and are approved to work with Kuziie families act as independent contractors, not employees of Kuziie, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Tutors agree to keep student information confidential and to use it only to deliver their assigned sessions.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misrepresent your identity or a student's information; use the Service for anything unlawful; attempt to access another family's or tutor's data; or interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kuziie's liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Kuziie in the twelve months before the claim. Kuziie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date, and for material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active account holders.
