Refund Policy

1. Cancelling a registration
If you need to cancel a program registration, contact us at contact@kuziie.com as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel relative to the program's start date:
- 14 or more days before the program starts: full refund.
- 7–13 days before: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before, or after the program has started: no refund, unless required by law or approved by Kuziie at its discretion (for example, a documented medical or family emergency).
2. If Kuziie cancels a program
If Kuziie cancels or reschedules a program, you will receive a full refund or, if you prefer, a credit toward a future program.
3. How refunds are issued
A refund for a card payment is issued back to the original card through Stripe. A refund for an off-platform payment (Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, or check) is arranged directly with you, since Kuziie doesn't hold funds from those methods in an account it can refund from automatically.
4. Sibling discounts
If a sibling discount applied to a registration that is later cancelled, any refund is calculated on the amount actually paid for that registration, not the full undiscounted price.
